Harjit has been with Fortoak from day one and, over the past three years, has made a significant contribution to the Group’s development and growth. Her contribution extends well beyond finance, including leading projects to improve systems, strengthen processes and support colleagues across Fortoak and UK Labels.

She has also played a pivotal role in two acquisitions, helping ensure both acquired businesses were smoothly and effectively integrated into the Group.

‍

Her achievements include moving Sage to the cloud, introducing BrightHR, identifying and deploying new AI reporting tools across both businesses to support sales, operations and finance, and implementing Sage Cloud for UK Labels.

‍

These improvements have strengthened the Group’s reporting capabilities, helped teams work more efficiently and provided better information to support decisions as the business grows.

‍

Harjit is also recognised for her calm, assured approach, strong organisational skills and excellent analytical and Excel capabilities. Her attention to detail, practical approach to problem-solving and commitment to continuous improvement have made her a valued member of the Group’s leadership team.

Her promotion recognises her achievements, the responsibilities she has taken on and the confidence placed in her continued contribution to the Group’s future.
